1. Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-16 authorizing President Walls and Vice-President Benedek to sign all documents and agreements related to the Statewide Local Share Account application for the Multi-Purpose Athletic Field with the Commonwealth Financing Committee.
2. Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-17 authorizing President Walls and Vice-President Benedek to sign all documents and agreements related to the Statewide Local Share Account application for a Public Works Skid Steer with the Commonwealth Financing Committee.
3. Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-18 authorizing President Walls and Vice-President Benedek to sign all documents and agreements related to the Main Street Matters Grant application for Smithfield Street improvement planning with the PA Department of Economic Development.
4. Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-19 confirming that Elizabeth Township has formally requested CDBG funds for street milling and paving in the Boston area, has designated an official to perform the required duties between the applicant and Allegheny County Economic Development and has assured, where applicable, the provision of local matching funds.
5. 1. Motion to approve the Commissioner’s Meeting minutes dated October 7, 2024.
2. Motion to approve the Commissioner’s Workshop Meeting minutes dated October 21, 2024
3. Motion to approve the agreement between Atlantic Industrial Space, LLC and Elizabeth Township allowing Atlantic Industrial Space to install a water meter on the Township’s right of way on Atlantic Avenue.
Expenditure Items (Roll Call Votes):
4. Motion to approve the Township Bill Warrant dated November 4, 2024, in the amount of $630,462.69.
5. Motion to approve the Sanitary Bill Warrant dated November 4, 2023, in the amount of $1,587,011.28. This includes maturity bill payments of $371,911.25 for Sewer Revenue Bond 2019A; $315,200.00 for Sewer Revenue Bond 2019B; and $714,560.00 for Sewer Revenue Bond 2012.
6. Motion to approve Change Order #9 from PDDM Solutions, LLC to add electrical service behind the batting cage at Boston Ballfield at a cost of $2,875.00.
7. Motion to approve Change Order #10 from PDDM Solutions, LLC to paint three sides of the Boston Pump Station transformer platform behind the ballfield backstop at a cost of $1,408.00.
8. Motion to approve the promotion of Police officers with employee numbers 1048, 1049, 1050 to Class C officers effective November 2, 2024, in accordance with the current Police Collective Bargaining Agreement.
9. Motion to ratify the vote from October 19, 2024, to purchase 50 lightweight resin banquet tables from Sam’s Club at a cost of $2,499.00 for use at the Community Center.
10. Motion to purchase $50.00 Giant Eagle gift cards for all Township employees as done in years past for Thanksgiving.
11. Motion to approve payment of pay Application #4 from El Grande Industries in the amount of $28,125.00. This is the final pay application for this project.
12. Motion to approve payment of Pay Application #7 from PDDM Solutions in the amount of $125,523.16. This is the final pay application for this project.
13. Motion to approve the agreement for Elizabeth Township to provide code enforcement, building inspection, and zoning services for Elizabeth Borough.
14. Motion to approve the construction estimate from PPDM Solutions to design, construct and run utilities to the Boston Fieldhouse at a cost of $282,880.00.
