1.      Motion to approve Resolution 2025-02 adopting the Act 537 Special Study for the Lovedale Pump Station. 

 

2.      Motion to approve Resolution 2025-03 amending the current Township Fee Schedule.

1.      Motion to approve the Commissioner’s Meeting minutes dated January 6, 2025.

 

2.      Motion to approve the Commissioner’s Workshop Meeting minutes dated January 20, 2025.

 

 

 

 

Expenditure Items (Roll Call Votes):

 

3.      Motion to approve the Township Bill Warrant dated February 3, 2025, in the amount of $603,266.46.

 

4.      Motion to approve the Sanitary Bill Warrant dated February 3, 2025, in the amount of $452,819.76.

 

5.      Motion to ratify the vote from January 7, 2025, to accept the 2025 Interim Financing Project Requests & Capital Improvement Project Financing Proposal from Northwest Bank.

 

6.      Motion to ratify the vote from January 8, 2025, to approve the agreement with employee number 1086 retroactive to November 5, 2024, to increase base salary upon successful completion of each of the three certifications Elizabeth Township has requested them to obtain as outlined in the agreement memorandum.

 

7.      Motion to approve the distribution of the fiscal year 2024 Fire Levy Funds to the Elizabeth Township Volunteer Fire Departments as follows: Elizabeth Township Fire Department #1 - $193,200.00, Blaine Hill Fire Department - $64,400.00, Buena Vista Fire Department - $64,400.00.  All departments have met the financial reporting requirements for the Township.

 

8.      Motion to approve the purchase of a new signal system controller at Hayden Boulevard and Weigles Hill Road in the amount of $7,500.00. This will replace the original controller that was damaged during a storm in November 2024, and includes a two year warranty.

 

9.      Motion to approve payment to Alison Park Contracting in the amount of $6,000.00 for work on the Boston Fieldhouse.

 

10.   Motion to approve the scope of work from PDDM Solutions in the amount of $594,693.46 for renovations and upgrades to the Elizabeth Township Municipal Building.  This project will be funded by the Local Share Account (LSA) Grant Award.

 

11.   Motion to approve pay application #8 in the amount of $23,387.00 to PDDM Solutions for work on the Boston Fieldhouse.

 

12.   Motion to approve pay application #9 in the amount of $13,300.00 to PDDM Solutions for work on the Boston Fieldhouse.
