1.      Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-12 declaring reimbursement of Township capital funds received from the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (Pennvest).

1.      Motion to advertise the Zoning Ordinance determining the swimming pool rental use and location within the Township.

1.      Motion to approve the Commissioner’s Meeting minutes dated July 1, 2024.

 

2.      Motion to amend the May 6, 2024, meeting minutes to correct a clerical error.

 

Expenditure Items (Roll Call Votes):

 

3.      Motion to approve the Township Bill Warrant dated August 5, 2024, in the amount of $581,393.88.

 

4.      Motion to approve the Sanitary Bill Warrant dated August 5, 2024, in the amount of $556,428.14.

 

5.      Motion to accept the lowest responsible bid for Redi-Rock retention wall blocks from Wendell H. Stone Company, Inc. in the amount of $29,031.25. The stone will be used for remediating the Jacktown Road landslides.

 

6.      Motion to promote employee #1070 from Class E Officer to Class D Officer per the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement.

 

7.      Motion to select Trans Associates as the design planning agency for the design improvements to the Lovedale Road/McKeesport Road intersection. This selection was evaluated through qualification proposal submissions.

 

8.      Motion to ratify the vote from July 11, 2024, to accept the Second Amendment to the 2016 Consent Order and Agreement from the PA Department of Environmental Protection.

 

9.      Motion to purchase a sewer camera truck from A&H Equipment at a cost 353,777.98.

 

10.   Motion to purchase child car seats for the Police Department at a cost not to exceed $550.00

 

11.   Motion to approve a donation to the 2024 VFW Outing at Butler’s Golf Course in the amount of $100.00.

 

12.   Motion to approve the contract with Hoffman Kennels to provide deer pick-up and disposal services to the Township.

 

13.   Motion to approve payment of Pay Application # 4 from PDDM Solutions, LLC. For the construction of the Boston Ballfield in the amount of $135,256.07.

 

14.   Motion to approve the payment of Pay Application #7 from Swede Construction for the construction of MS4 remediation in the amount of $16,688.00. This is the final Pay Application for the project.

 

15.   Motion to approve payment of Pay Application #2 from El Grande Industries for the construction of the pickleball/basketball court at Highland Meadows Park in the amount of $35,336.00.

 

16.   Motion to ratify the vote from August 1, 2024, to approve change order #2 from PDDM in the amount of $4,000.00. This change order adds a gate to the Boston Ballfield.

 

17.   Motion to ratify the vote from May 6, 2024, to approve a one-time adjustment for sanitary account ETS10032607 in the amount of $11,422.73.
