In 2022, Elizabeth Township started a new system for organic material collection. The 24/7 brush drop-off bins previously stationed outside of the Municipal Building will NO longer be available. Moving forward, only the LAST Thursday of each month will be dedicated to brush drop-off, unless otherwise noted.

ALL DROP-OFF TIMES ARE SCHEDULED FOR 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
To Participate:
You must come and drop off the approved materials during the scheduled days/times each month. If you miss the drop-off day, you will have to wait until the next month to participate.
You must be an Elizabeth Township resident to reap the benefits of the brush collection days. You will be REQUIRED to show an ID that proves you are an Elizabeth Township Resident to a staff member by ringing the door bell on the Municipal Building front door. An employee will be available during all drop-off times.
The drop-off collection will take place at the Municipal Building (522 Rock Run Road Elizabeth, PA 15037) in front of the side fence. Look for the drop-off sign.
Rules and Regulations:
This service is for township residents only – remember to show your ID to a staff member in the municipal building prior to dumping your items. A worker will be on staff in the building even if it is after normal business hours.
No stumps are permitted
No rooms are permitted
No building material is permitted – organic yard material only
No fencing materials
No grass clippings
No tall or ornamental grasses (ex. Zebra Grass)
All leaves must be bagged
Branches and yard waste must be clean – ensure there are no Christmas lights, roofing material, etc in any drop-off material.
